1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ForgeOps.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Province of Ontario.

2. Alpha/Beta Nature of Service

ForgeOps is currently in a pre-launch/Alpha state. Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." While we strive for 100% uptime, ForgeOps is not liable for missed print deadlines, hardware malfunctions, or data loss resulting from software use.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the safety and maintenance of your physical 3D printing hardware. ForgeOps provides orchestration software; we do not control the physical temperature, power supply, or mechanical safety of your forge.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not use ForgeOps to manage the fabrication of illegal items under Canadian law. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the ForgeOps platform or disrupt service for other users will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
